Welcome to The Breakfast Box. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Our business is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, where we prepare and deliver freshly made breakfast boxes. All prices shown on our website include taxes (VAT). Orders are placed directly through our website and payment is required at the time of checkout through our secure system. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If a pricing or product error occurs, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order and provide a full refund.
 

We deliver in and around Rotterdam, and while we always do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic or other circumstances beyond our control. Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period cannot be refunded, as each box is prepared fresh. If you receive the wrong box or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
 

Our breakfast boxes are made with fresh ingredients that may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. Customers with allergies should inform us when placing their order. Although we handle ingredients carefully, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

All photos, text, and content on our website are the property of The Breakfast Box and may not be reproduced or used without permission. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products, except as required by Dutch law.

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Rotterdam. We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision.
